By making a booking with our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
If our clinic policies are not suitable, we advise to not go ahead with booking.
Bookings
NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION/BOOKING FEE
A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your booking. This acts a consultation fee and a specific time is reserved for your consultation +/- treatment.
Consultations are charged at $100.00. This fee is redeemable on the total price of treatment on the day of your appointment.
The consultation fee is non-refundable in the following circumstances:
The treatment is deemed unsuitable, unnecessary and/or inappropriate by the Registered Nurse or Prescribing Doctor.
Patients wanting dermal filler treatment within 2 weeks of a vaccination.
Patients wanting dermal filler treatment within 6 weeks of a major surgical or dental procedure.
Patients presenting with active acne, cold sore eruption, or other skin condition.
Patients presenting with active systemic infection. E.g.: flu, chest infection, sinusitis, a UTI or similar.
Treatment downtime conflicting with an important social or work event.
Change of mind or needing more time to think about having treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment to receive a refund on your deposit. You will receive an acknowledgement email and the refund will be processed back onto the card used to book the appointment. Please note: refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated no-shows, late arrivals and late cancellations may result in cancellation of all future appointments and being blocked from making further bookings.
Please note that we do not accept messages via social media (E.g.: Facebook or Instagram) as our DMs are not monitored. Please call or email the clinic instead.
BOOKING CHANGES/RESCHEDULING
Changes to existing bookings can be made up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please use the link provided in your confirmation email, or visit this link. You will need to log into the booking system using your phone number and select a suitable time/date.

NON-REFUNDABLE CONSULTATION/BOOKING FEE
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment. Our staff will do their best to accommodate you, although this is may not always be possible as we are not able to push forward the next appointment. Your appointment and treatment time may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled.
- In rare instances, our medical staff may run behind schedule due to a number of factors. We will always notify you of this and make alternative arrangements/reschedule your appointment if required.
- Please allow extra time for traffic and parking (best parking on Womerah Ave).
NO-SHOWS
- Non-attendance to your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel any existing appointments and prevent future bookings if non-attendance is repeated on more than two occasions.
EXTRA GUESTS/FAMILY/CHILDREN
- To minimize disruption and maintain the integrity and safety within the clinical environment please do not to bring any children, friends, pets or extra guests with you.
- We do not take any responsibility for any inadvertent harm that may result to children left unsupervised. Any resulting breakages to clinical equipment, furniture, products, etc. must be paid for in full.
Payments
TREATMENT/PROCEDURE COSTS
- Treatment and procedure costs are dependent upon many variables including, the patient’s individual requirements, the practitioner performing the procedure, the products used, etc. Thus, results vary with each patient.
- Treatment cost will always be discussed with you during your consultation. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment options offered to you, and may decide to not have the procedure on the day should the cost not be suitable to your budget. As we do not offer complimentary consultations, the standard consultation fee of $100 still applies if you decide not to go ahead with treatment on the day.
- All prices are available on our website and booking system. All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, this will not affect the pricing of existing bookings already confirmed.
- All prices are fixed; we are not able to offer any discounts.
PAYMENT METHODS
- All treatments performed must be paid for in full on the day of treatment.
- We accept payment by Cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- We do not offer accounts or payment plans at this time.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES/FEES
- All payments made by American Express incur a 2% surcharge at time of payment.
- All treatment and product prices are inclusive of GST.
REFUND POLICY
- We have a strict no refund policy.
- Please note:Â refunds are never offered as part of complaint resolution. Therefore, any and all cosmetic injectable related treatment fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of any outcome if the product and/or service have already been provided to you. This policy does not impact your statutory rights or guarantees to which you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law and is stipulated in your consent form.
- Whilst we make every reasonable effort to achieve the desired aesthetic results requested by patients, it is essential that patients understand and accept that cosmetic medicine and associated procedures are not an exact science and no guarantees are made regarding any cosmetic procedure and its purported outcomes or benefits.
- Depending on various factors, our treatments/procedures/products may not be suitable for you. Whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our patients, cosmetic treatments are elective procedures and it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you. You are under no obligation to undergo any treatment proposed to you, and you may choose to not undergo any treatment at all.
- We reserve the right to provide remedy in the form of:
- Massage of area(s) treated with dermal filler to dissipate lumps, bumps or unevenness.
- Additional follow-up appointments.
- Dissolving of dermal filler at full cost to the patient.
- Replacement or refund is offered for skincare products in the event of a major problem (such as a manufacturing fault) only. We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind or unsuitability.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons we are not able to exchange or refund skincare products once they have left the clinic premises, please choose carefully prior to purchasing.
GIFT VOUCHERS
- Please note the following terms and conditions prior to purchasing a gift voucher:
- Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Must be presented in clinic for redemption.
- We do not replace lost or stolen vouchers.
- Must be used by one person in one visit.
- Gift vouchers are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Change is not given on purchases that cost less than the value of the voucher presented.
Treatments
TREATMENT SUITABILITY
- Our clinic does not accept all patients for treatment, and we may not always be able to treat you for what you have booked for.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient at any time if in the professional opinion of our Registered Nurse or Prescribing Doctor the patient is deemed unsuitable, or the treatment is determined to be unnecessary, unwarranted or inappropriate, or will not meet the patient’s expectations.
- Consultations are mandatory for all new patients of our clinic. This allows our medical staff to conduct a thorough clinical assessment and discuss your treatment goals prior to proceeding with any treatment.
MEDICAL HISTORY & MEDICATIONS
Please advise us as soon as possible of any changes to your health status and/or medical history, including:

- Any new or previously undisclosed medical condition(s).
- If you are taking any new medication(s). (E.g. Roaccutane or similar).
- If you are receiving any concurrent medical treatment(s), cosmetic or otherwise.
- If you have recently undergone or are planning to undergo a major dental or surgical procedure.

TREATMENT REVIEW & FOLLOW-UP
- All patients are offered a complimentary follow-up/review appointment at 2 weeks post treatment. No reviews will take place prior to this unless advised by our Registered Nurse or Prescribing Doctor.
- Prior to requesting a follow-up/review appointment, please note:
- All filler treatments require approximately 2 weeks healing time in order for swelling, lumps, asymmetry and bruising to resolve. These side-effects are normal and not considered urgent or an emergency.
- Anti-wrinkle requires 2 weeks for full treatment effect to take place. Please wait until this mandatory 14 day period has elapsed prior to requesting a follow-up/review appointment.
- All filler treatments require approximately 2 weeks healing time in order for swelling, lumps, asymmetry and bruising to resolve. These side-effects are normal and not considered urgent or an emergency.
- Due to the nature of cosmetic injectables, we reserve the right to refuse a remedy if you do not inform or notify us of an adverse reaction, and attend a follow-up appointment within four weeks of your treatment.
- In the event of vascular occlusion or other serious cosmetic-related complication, the patient will be seen as soon as possible. The patient is responsible of informing the clinic of any signs of complications or related concerns. DERMAL FILLER DISSOLVING (HYALURONIDASE)
- Dissolving to any dermal filler received at our clinic requires a minimum period of 4 weeks post-treatment.
- The cost of dissolving dermal filler with Hyaluronidase is $350 per treatment. More than 1 treatment may be required to fully remove larger quantities of dermal filler that has cumulated over multiple years/treatments. We will provide you with an estimate of sessions required to achieve the desired result during your consultation.
- The patient is responsible for all costs associated with dissolving of dermal filler, including in the event of infection due to poor adherence to aftercare instructions or vascular occlusion/compromise suffered as a result of treatment at another clinic.
- Exception: In the event of vascular occlusion/compromise, anaphylaxis or similar, Hyaluronidase and other emergency medications will be provided to the patient free of charge as part of emergency treatment.
ASYMMETRY CORRECTION
- We do not offer complimentary correction in case of asymmetry. Varying degrees of asymmetry are inherently present in all humans, and we make every effort to improve this as per patient request. As such, no warranties, guarantees or representations are made and any additional asymmetry correction is at full cost to the patient.
COMPLIMENTARY TOP-UPS
- We do not offer complimentary top-ups.
- Any additional product administered is at full cost to the patient.
0.5ML TREATMENTS/SPLIT SYRINGES
- Due to our strict infection prevention policy, and to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and subsequent infection, we do not:
- Offer 0.5mL dermal filler treatments.
- Split syringes between patients.
- Save product for later use.
- Patients will be charged the full cost of a single 1mL syringe, even if a lesser quantity is used. The remainder will be discarded. You may choose to use the remainder to treat another area, but are under no obligation to do so.
COSMETIC/MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
- If you are concerned, or believe that you have a post-procedural emergency, please contact us immediately. Text or email us with a description of your symptoms and some clear, well-lit photos and/or videos of your concern. We will triage the information and contact you as soon as possible.

- Visiting your GP or the Emergency Department is not recommended unless absolutely necessary, as non-cosmetic facilities may not be well equipped or experienced in managing cosmetic injectable complications/emergencies. We will provide you with a referral if any additional/specialty care is required.
- In the unlikely event of an unforeseen medical emergency, such as anaphylactic shock or similar – you will be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of emergency medical staff/attending paramedics.
Other
PATIENT CODE OF CONDUCT
- Our medical professionals and admin staff strive to be as polite, professional, and accommodating as possible and expect to be treated with respect.
- Any offensive, aggressive, abusive language or behaviour towards any of our staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances, irrespective of whether it is in person, via phone or email correspondence, etc. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, cancel the appointment, and ask you to leave the clinic premises immediately. Any existing bookings will be cancelled and you will be blocked from making future bookings.
COMMUNICATION & CORRESPONDENCE
- All general, non-emergency communication and written correspondence must be conducted via email or phone. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
- Please do not send queries or messages to any social media accounts as they are not monitored.
- We are unable to provide treatment advice regarding dosing requirements, product suitability, etc. via email or social media messages. Please book a consultation as this requires a comprehensive in-person assessment.
CLINICAL PHOTOGRAPHY
- Clinical photographs are a requirement for all patients prior to receiving any treatment, and will be taken as part of your treatment record during your appointment.
- Clinical photographs remain confidential as part of your patient file, and will not be used for advertising, marketing, or social media purposes unless consented for by the patient.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
- No cosmetic injectable treatments will be administered to any person(s) under the age of 18 years, irrespective of parental permission.
- You may be asked to provide valid photo identification at your appointment to verify your age. A copy of your ID will be stored securely in your patient file.
- Please note: we reserve the right to refuse treatment if this is not provided or is expired.
